- Health and fitness – Short-term - I will cut back sugary coffee drinks from one per day to one every other day starting on 03-16-2016. Mid-term – I will then cut back to a sugary coffee every third day on 04-17-2016. Long-term I will break my sugary coffee addiction and have a max of one per week. All these goals will be tracked in MyFitnessPal.
- Career – Short-term – I will get to know what motivates my team and I’ll do this by planning one on one connection meetings with them which I’ll complete by 03-18-2016. Mid-term – I’ll help my team establish goals by 04-17-2016. Long-term – With my team focused on their development and success I’ll be able to show my skills as a manager and start applying for area manager positions by 10-01-2016.
- Education - Short-term I will finish this semester. Mid-term – I will enroll in Summer 2016 semester. Long-term – I’ll finish up my associates degree after fall semester and then enroll in a bachelor’s degree program.
